I was excited today to receive new pictures of our house from our Exuma-based photographer, Reno Curling. Living over 1,000 miles away from The Salt House, it has been amazing to have Reno document the construction process and bring this journey to life. With each collection of new photos arriving every two weeks, the anticipation builds for what will be the most incredible vacation home in the Exumas (yes, I am biased).
Today's collection of photos was highlighted by a group of shots of the infinity pool taking shape with views from all angles, like the one below...and I've added quite a few more to the Gallery page.
Ahh, I close my eyes and imagine seeing it in person for the very first time. Walking up the front stairs, opening the door, and seeing right through the oceanside french doors to the glistening blue water of the infinity pool that seemingly never ends as it blends in with the ocean beyond. Throwing my bags right there on the floor of the great room, I race out to the pool deck. Wow! Who cares if the kids are struggling with their luggage, I've got to get closer!
