There are no words to tell you how thankful I am of our stay at your home in the Exumas. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We laughed, tanned, swam, sang, cooked, lounged, and smiled the entire time. Beyond amazing! The best 7 day getaway possible! The house is amazing and has everything you could ask for! We never had to leave this paradise house! We will definitely be staying here again! Great for families or a getaway with friends!

​Our favorite place to unwind!! Simple but beautiful home!! It makes you feel like it's your own 2nd home when you return each year!! The color of the Exumas' seas are magical! Turquoise, teal, azure blues all at once! The cove has only 5 houses and sand is like cookie dough! The Halls are so easy to deal with while booking and with any issues! Never thought I'd return to an island more then once bc so many to see in the Caribbean, but we choose to come back each Fall from North Carolina bc we fell in love with the house, the beach and the locals here in Little Exuma! (Owner's note, they've been back 5 times)

We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.  We so enjoyed the serenity and beauty of Exuma and, to be honest, mostly enjoyed relaxing at the Salt House.  We have been extremely fortunate to travel the world and to stay at many luxurious places (hotels and villas), but I have to say your vision in creating this home was impeccable.  Every detail, down to hand soaps from Bath & Body (my favorite) did not go unnoticed.  The home is so comfortable, yet so tasteful.  The location is incredible and the home is a reflection and a compliment to the beauty surrounding it.   I also have to give kudos to Onike.  She was wonderful before and during our stay.  She arranged for many catered dinners by her husband … super delicious.  She even helped connect us with a boat captain for a private tour of the surrounding Cays.   The week flew by and it was sad to leave, but I hold on to the hope that we can return again!

We just returned July 21st and anyone looking for a dream house at one of the most beautiful places on earth, look no further. The Salt House is an awesome home with a view that is paradise. With the infinity pool and beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, you don’t have to leave. But exploring all that the area has to offer is a must. Santana’s and Chat and Chill is a must. Wish we were still there.

The attention to detail that is shown in every aspect was amazing. I mean even the hair dryer bags had Salt House logos on them. The Salt House is absolutely everything! The photos you see really don’t even do this spectacular house and beach justice! From the moment you walk up the front porch steps you are greeted with sweeping views of the most beautiful blue water you’ve ever seen! And yes - I promise - it really is as blue as you see in photos!!! And it doesn’t stop there - every single room awards you with the same beautiful views! The layout is perfect and the design is absolutely impeccable. I so appreciated every little detail that went into this house. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. This includes stocking bathrooms with toiletry essentials, plenty of towels (both for bathrooms and beach use). There are beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, a kayak and stand up paddle board all for your use! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook meals in, or you can hire Onike and her husband to cook some deliciously prepared Bahamian style meals! We did -and our stomachs loved us for it :) The beach at The Salt House (Love Beach) has to easily be one of the nicest on the island... we drove to the close by famous Tropic of Cancer beach and while, yes it’s stunning as well, we decided the privacy and perfection that Love Beach has to offer just couldn’t be beat! Having the option to relax in the pool and stare at the ever changing colors of the blue ocean was the icing on top! I can’t say thank you enough to The Halls and the team at The Good Life Bahamas - especially Onike, for giving us such a memorable and perfect vacation we will treasure forever! Exuma is breathtaking, and The Salt House was absolutely everything and more that we hoped it would be ! We can’t wait to return someday - hopefully soon! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Simple stunning in every imaginable way - from the design, to the view, to the comfort, The Salt House has it all. The moment you walk up the front steps and see the house and the view you know you are in paradise. We had such a great trip. Your house is beautiful, decorated and furnished with such care, it was easy to feel right at home. I promise it was treated as if it was our own home, and I hope others appreciate it enough to do the same.  The views from the windows have captured  our hearts and will stay in our  minds forever! Every morning waking up to a new hue of blue, made my mornings. 
 My husband and I have visited many many islands, however there are only 2 that we return to.  One is St John.  The second is Exuma.  What Tips the scales in Exumas favor, is the people. I love the locals, so kind and willing to talk.

We had THE BEST TIME at your beautiful home.  It was the perfect setup for our crowd.  The view is incredible!  Onike was amazing.  We had them cook for us on the night of our arrival, which was perfect, everyone said that was the best idea ever.  They also came back on Tuesday night and prepared another meal for us, fantastic.  Hope to return to your piece of paradise one day.

We had a wonderful time at The Salt House, you guys have done an amazing job on the house, it’s beautiful! Onike was great - we really appreciated her assistance with all of our requests during the stay and enjoyed spending some time with her and Rondel when they cooked dinner for us.

I ended up bringing some meat from Fort Lauderdale with no issue, but we found Prime Islands to be similarly priced and better quality than what we brought with us.

​Staying at The Salt House was like living in a dream for a week! The water really is that blue and you can view it from everywhere on this dramatic luxurious property and home. The house is stunning, they thought of absolutely everything, its relaxing, beautiful, comfortable and functional. We spent lots of time on the pool deck sipping cocktails, walking the soft sandy white beach and napping on the comfortable daybed in the family room. This house is great for couples because every room has privacy and it's own spa like bathroom. We came with family and friends and it was also perfect. We used the gourmet kitchen to cook multiple meals after long days exploring on the island both by land and by sea and also had a chef prepared dinner that was delicious with 5 star service. The owners, the Halls, go out of their way to make sure your stay is way beyond your expectations, with recommendations on where to go, what to see and where to eat to make sure you get as much out of your Exuma trip as possible. The Salt House Exuma will be part of our family memories forever and we can't wait to return. Don't give it a second thought when thinking about coming here, book your holiday, pack your swimsuit and don't look back.

Staying at The Salt House was an amazing experience. It is a tropical paradise. The amount of details that were put into the property, house and location will blow your mind when you arrive. There are a lot of things to do on the Exumas and the water, beaches and views are out of this world. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dream vacation to book The Salt House!

Fantastic property! Fantastic views! Fantastic Service! Clean, quiet and modern property suitable for a group of couples or family.
My Family and I (6 persons total) spent a week at The Salt House in November 2016 and it was a very pleasant experience. Our fridge was well stocked in advance to our arrival and anytime we needed anything Onike (the right hand woman and concierge to the property) was available to retrieve it for us. Huge shout out to Onike and the chef services option this property offers. We had 2 breakfasts and 3 wonderful dinners made for us on sight and always on time. Delicious Bahamian style food! We had Onike take care of a driving service for us (I believe his name was Demetrie) and he was always on time
And ready to take us to our next planned destination. My only advice for others visiting would be to rent a car as it would allow more freedom , however the driving service was great also. My family and I booked the Salt House months in advance and not only were the owners of the property easy to communicate with, they went above and beyond when answering my many questions regarding excursions, activities, amenities etc... Our overall experience was wonderful with both Owners and property management and it made our family vacation easy to plan and execute and very very fun!

We took a trip with 3 other couples and have rather high expectations and The Salt House totally exceeded all of our expectations! The house is absolutely stunning and looks like a Restoration Hardware catalog was shot there! The bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable with perfect amount of privacy and the living room and kitchen is very open floor plan with vaulted ceilings---perfect for hanging out, entertaining, large dinners. We had a chef come in to the home one night and prepare a meal for us in the state of the art kitchen. House has good wifi and DirecTV. Now our favorite part, the outside/Pool area. It has its own bar with grill and mini fridge and large table perfect for outdoor lunches, dinners. Highly recommend it! The infinity pool is nicer than most 5-star resorts! We all hung out in the pool and lounge chairs daily and loved it! We loved the beach located a mere 10 steps down from the pool area. The water is beyond blue and perfect for swimming, paddle-boarding and for the adventurous duo, there is a 2-person kayak you can take to a secluded island (took 20 minutes one-way). There are 2 wonderful (chill) restaurants located minutes down the road right on the water and we were treated like family while eating fresh lobster at both places.
In summation, The Salt House is a place where we felt at home yet felt like were were on vacation! The pictures are amazing, but is even more beautiful in person. Perfect for adults only trip as well as larger family vacations...........we plan on coming each year!!
