5 night minimum stay with some US holidays requiring stays of 7 or more nights. Requests for stays of 3 or 4 nights may be made if the availability is only 3 or 4 nights.
In certain times of the year, including June - August, reservations may be required to start or end on a Saturday or Sunday.
Payments: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Venmo, Personal Check, and ACH.
Published rates do not include Bahamas VAT of 10% and Departure Cleaning fee of $350.
Event Fee (Wedding Ceremonies and receptions up to 25 people. Standard 5 night min stay required): $1,500.
